DARPA has created a 12-ton autonomous tank named RACER Heavy Platform, which has green glowing eyes and underwent testing in Texas. The tank is fully controlled by AI and DARPA has been involved in its development since 2004. The U.S. aims to build an army of unmanned combat vehicles to engage in battle without risking human lives.
