NASA reports that next year, spacecraft refueling in space will occur as part of SpaceXs ambitious plans. SpaceX will supply Starship spacecraft for NASAs Artemis program to land Americans on the Moon. Starship is designed for in-space refueling and multiple mission reusability. This technical achievement will enable the US to accumulate spacecraft in orbit and eventually send the entire SpaceX fleet to Mars to establish an autonomous colony.
