NASA announced that next year, spacecraft refueling in space will occur as part of SpaceXs ambitious plans. SpaceX will supply Starship spacecraft for NASAs Artemis program to land Americans on the Moon. Starship is designed for in-space refueling and reuse for multiple missions, enabling the accumulation of ships in orbit to eventually send SpaceXs fleet to Mars for establishing an autonomous colony.
