DARPA has developed a 12-ton autonomous tank named RACER Heavy Platform, which has glowing green eyes and was tested in Texas. The tank is controlled entirely by AI and DARPA has been involved in its development since 2004. The U.S. aims to create an army of unmanned combat vehicles to engage in battle without risking human lives.
