NASA reports that next year, spacecraft refueling in space will occur as part of Elon Musk and SpaceXs ambitious plans. SpaceX will supply Starship spacecraft for NASAs Artemis program to land Americans on the Moon. Starship is designed for in-space refueling and multiple mission reusability. This technological advancement will enable the US to accumulate ships in orbit and eventually send SpaceXs fleet to Mars to establish an autonomous colony.
